Are you open over the Christmas period?
We are fully close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Please check with the office for hours on Christmas Eve as they will be reduced.
I’ve called and it’s gone to voicemail, what should I do?
Please leave a message and a member of the team will be in touch. Call backs are done daily Monday to Saturday.
Are there any days I cannot collect or drop off?
Yes. We are closed all day Sunday for noise management and consideration of our neighbours.
Can I drop off / collect outside of the allocated times?
Yes but there will be a surcharge of £12.50 per dog. The earliest drop off is 10:30am and the latest collection is 3:30pm.
What are the drop off / pick up times?
4pm drop off
How far in advance do I need to book?
We get booked up very quickly so it is advised to book as soon as you know what dates you require.
When do I pay?
You can pay cash or bank transfer upon collection.
Will my dog mix with others?
We don't mix any dogs during their stay with us. During their exercise periods they will be with their dedicated human.
My dog has a slow feeder bowl, should I bring it?
Please contact us in advance and we can provide a slow feeder for your dogs stay.
Do I need to bring my dogs bowls?
No. Each kennel is supplied with it's own bowls for food and water.
Should I bring my dogs toys / chews.
No need, we provide toys and chews for all dogs staying with us!
Can I bring my dogs bed?
No. We need to disinfect all kennels on a daily basis therefore we provide all bedding.
What do I need to bring with my dog upon check in?
When checking in, please bring your dogs food and vaccination with them.
Do I need a meet & greet?
For dogs first with behavioural issues such as reactivity, there is a mandatory assessment session for their first stay with us.
This is a chargeable appointment (£60) payable on the day which lasts about an hour and allows us to meet your dog, write a full care plan for the duration of his/her stay and determine which one of our specialist staff will be your dogs dedicated handler.

How much are seminar days?
Our monthly seminar days cost £60 and include lunch.
How much are follow up 121 sessions?
Follow up 121 sessions are £55.
How much are the kennels?
The kennels cost £21.50 per night per dog.
